Sourcing specialists · Mainland China & Taiwan → U.S.

Sourcing specialists for supplements, toys, batteries and robots.

We focus on four categories where U.S. rules and testing matter most. We find and vet manufacturers in China and Taiwan, protect your specifications with an NDA before anything is shared, negotiate price and MOQ, check quality before you pay the balance, and plan freight and duty to your door.

Our specialties

Four categories, done properly

Each of these has its own U.S. safety, testing and shipping rules. We know which documents to ask a factory for before you place an order, so problems surface at the quote stage, not at customs.

01 · Health & nutrition

Functional foods & supplements

Liquid concentrates, sachets, stick packs, powders and capsules from cGMP manufacturers.

  • U.S. dietary supplement cGMP (21 CFR 111)
  • Certificates of analysis: heavy metals, micro, label claim
  • FDA facility registration and label review support
02 · Toys

Toys

Plush, finger puppets, blind boxes, keychains and licensed-character products.

  • ASTM F963 and CPSIA testing at accredited labs
  • Children's Product Certificate and tracking labels
  • Small-parts, lead and phthalate checks
03 · Energy

Batteries

Lithium-ion cells and packs, power banks, chargers and battery-powered products.

  • UN38.3 test summary and safety data sheet
  • Dangerous-goods packing and shipping documents
  • UL / IEC certification where the market requires it
04 · Electronics

Robots

Consumer, educational and service robots, plus motors, sensors and other components.

  • FCC and other radio / electrical certifications
  • Battery safety documents for built-in packs
  • Firmware, software and spare-parts terms in the contract
What we do

Four services, one point of contact

Use us from first search to delivery, or for a single step. You deal with one sourcing manager who speaks to the factory in Chinese and reports to you in English.

01 · Search

Supplier search & NDA

We identify factories that can actually make your product, screen them, and send a structured request for quotation.

  • Capability, certification and capacity screening
  • NDA / NNN signed before your full specifications are shared
  • Side-by-side comparison of replies
02 · Negotiate

Negotiation & samples

We negotiate in the factory's own language and manage samples until you approve.

  • Unit price, MOQ, payment terms and lead time
  • Sample requests, revisions and courier to you
  • Bilingual written terms
03 · Inspect

Quality inspection

Factory checks before you pay a deposit, and product checks before you pay the balance.

  • Factory audits: licence, production lines, quality system
  • Pre-shipment inspection to ISO 2859-1 (AQL)
  • Photo report of every inspection
04 · Ship

Freight & customs

We coordinate shipping from the factory and help you understand the full cost before you order.

  • Ocean and air freight coordination, export documents
  • Landed-cost planning: price, freight and U.S. duty
  • Work with your customs broker on HTS codes
How a project runs

From brief to delivery

Timings depend on the product and the factory. Repeat orders with an approved factory usually start at step four.

  1. Brief

You send specs, target price, quantity and destination.

  2. Shortlist & NDA

We screen factories and sign an NDA before sharing details.

  3. Quotes & samples

We compare quotes and manage samples until you approve.

  4. Production

Deposit paid, materials and progress followed up.

  5. Inspection

Pre-shipment check. You see the report before the balance is paid.

  6. Shipping

Freight booked, documents prepared, cargo tracked.

Tool · Shipping & duty

Landed cost: Taiwan vs. mainland China

A cheaper factory price isn't always the cheaper product. U.S. duty is charged on the factory (FOB) value, and the rate depends on where the goods are made. Enter each factory's quote to see the full cost delivered to a U.S. port.

Taiwan 16.4% duty

6.4% base rate + 10% Taiwan tariff.

Mainland China 26.4% duty

6.4% base + 7.5% Section 301 (List 4A) + 12.5% China tariff.

Cost per shipment (USD)TaiwanChina

Rates as of October 2026. Taiwan: base rate plus a 10% tariff. China: base rate, plus any Section 301 duty for the product's list, plus a 12.5% tariff. Toys (HTS 9503) are on a proposed relief list that is not yet final. U.S. tariffs change often, so confirm the HTS code and rate with a licensed customs broker before ordering.

Duty follows where the product is made. Goods made in mainland China and shipped through Taiwan are still Chinese-origin, and routing them that way to claim the lower rate is illegal transshipment.

Not included: U.S. inland trucking, destination port and broker charges, insurance, and FDA prior notice or testing costs. U.S. customs fees shown are the Merchandise Processing Fee (0.3464%, with a minimum and maximum per entry) and Harbor Maintenance Fee (0.125%).

Questions

Before you send a brief

If your question isn't here, ask it in the form below.

How do you charge?

Each project is quoted individually after we review your brief, so the fee reflects the work involved. We agree the fee with you in writing before we start.

How do you protect my product information?

We send a factory only the general product type at first. Your full specifications and formulas are shared only after the factory has signed a non-disclosure agreement. We sign one with you too, if you'd like.

Do you source products outside your four specialties?

Sometimes. Send a brief and we'll tell you honestly whether we have the right factory contacts and know the product's U.S. rules well enough to help.

Do you work with factories in Taiwan as well as mainland China?

Yes. For some products, a Taiwan factory can be cheaper once U.S. duty is included, even if its unit price is higher. Use the landed-cost tool above to compare.

What happens if an inspection fails?

You receive the inspection report before the balance is paid, and you decide what happens next. Usually the factory reworks or replaces the defective goods and we inspect again.

Can you help with U.S. import requirements?

We help you plan duty and freight and collect factory documents such as certificates of analysis and registrations. Import clearance itself is handled by your licensed U.S. customs broker.
